Melinda Chen is the Supervisor of Client Service and Operations for Stonemark Wealth Management. She oversees the client service team and is responsible for the daily operations of the company. She provides ongoing support to the Advisors and consistently strives to deliver an outstanding client experience. She has an extensive customer service background from Nordstrom where she received the prestigious Customer Service All-Star Award, and brought her client service skills to Charles Schwab & Co. as a Client Service and Operations Specialist for 6 years.
Melinda enjoys traveling, reading, crafting, and cooking in her spare time. She is a Girl Scout Leader and volunteers at her kids’ schools.
